Inosi Nadolo Kuridrani

Born in the central Queensland suburb of Ipswich, Inosi Nadolo Kuridrani has the rugby pedigree that few other players on the planet are blessed with. With immediate family that includes Tevita Kuridrani, Nemani Nadolo and Chris Kuridrani, its little wonder that pundits have been following his progress for some time. Whilst most expected Inosi to simply play a route-one power game, his time spent at Marist College Ashgrove suggested that his fleet-footed stepping and offloading ability brought so much more than just physicality.
Kuridrani’s habit of carry the ball in two hands made him even more of a threat to opponents, and his selfless distribution often saw his outside backs enjoy the fruits of his ‘draw & pass’. Inosi’s pace is what initially drew the attention of Montpellier Hérault and he was immediately deployed on the wing when first arriving in France. He thrived in the intensity of the Espoirs and with the superb facilities on offer, Kuridrani added some lean mass to his frame, losing none of his explosive acceleration in the process. Still only 20 years of age, Inosi is already one of the largest backline players in the French game, and if the 2019/20 season is any indication, he is set to emulate the success of his legendary relatives.
